A DOWNPAYMENT MAY NOT BE REQUIRED!

At Southstar, we can carry the cost of building your new home. All we need to get started is a pre-approval letter from a mortgage company stating that you qualify for financing when your new home is complete!

Or, if you prefer, we can help you obtain a construction perm loan with little or no money down.

Construction Perm Loans are available with the following terms:

- Interest Only Payments or No Payments During Construction

- Interest Rate is usually Prime Rate plus a small margin

- Automatic conversion to a fixed rate loan upon completion of the home

- No additional fees (dont have to pay for 2 loan costs)

Other features of the Construction Loan:

- Land purchase and payoff are allowed to be rolled into the new loan.

- Loan closing costs are allowed to be rolled into the new construction loan.
